Thanksgiving at Lake Weiss

We had a great Thanksgiving holiday in North Alabama on beautiful Lake Weiss. Shane, Heather, Raleigh and Savannah met up with Heather's family and spent the long weekend indulging in turkey and ham, casseroles galore, deviled eggs and pies-a-plenty! There was lots of lying around, laughing, talking and movie watching. On Friday we journeyed to nearby Gadsden, AL to do some Christmas shopping and I am happy to report that all gifts are purchased, wrapped and under the tree as of Dec 1st.
