Franklin Wins Best of Breed

Our pup Franklin that we kept out of Savannah's December litter last year has been with our Handler since the Fall preparing to show. He was entered in a show for the first time on December 1st in the Puppy Class. Franklin pleasantly surprised us all when he won his Puppy Class. He went back into the ring to compete against the male winners of all the other classes and won Winners Dog. This is a very big honor, especially for such a young dog on his first show. The Winners Dog goes back into the ring one last time to compete against the Winner of the Females, and the seasoned Champion dogs for the Best of Breed title. Franklin did just that, and he won! We were all so shocked and so happy for our little guy!

Since his first show on December 1st, he has added the following titles to his list, Best of Winners, another Winners Dog, and a Reserve Winners award. Franklin now has 11 of the 15 points he needs for his Championship title and all in just one month! He will be coming home much sooner than we expected and we are so very happy and proud of him. What a wonderful little dog!
